If you need to add a new team member who will be able to create new tickets, update existing tickets, or view existing tickets you can send your employee to https://rackn.zendesk.com/ and have them register for an account. Once they register they will inherit the access your other team members have. Please be sure to have them register using their company email address and not their personal email. Organization settings are tied to your organizational email addresses you provided RackN.
If when you onboarded with RackN you provided us with the following domains to associate with your account, then be sure your new team member registers with an email address from one of these domains: example.com example.net example.org
Another option is to use email. Anyone in your organization can submit tickets by sending an email to support@rackn.com The email will be converted into a ticket. If an account does not exist for the user one will be created for them. However they will still need to go to https://rackn.zendesk.com/ to fully register which depending on your organization settings will allow them to view and update existing tickets.
